Muscle Fest Power Lifting

*This is a charity event. All profits goes to the Special Olympics in Jackson.

At Pro's Gym

Power lifting starts at 9:00 AM

 (Bench, Squat and Dead lift only) raw belts, knee wraps, wrist wraps are allowed.

No compression shirts or shorts/ singlets.

Weight class plus Wilks Formula will be used.

Entry fee will be $30.00 taken up till March 10th.

There will be no entries of the day of the show. Last day to enter is March 10, 2012. No exceptions.

Trophies for 1st place in each weight division and 1st overall.
